1. Verify that the Java applet option is turned on. See this page for more details.
• AOL - from menu, select "My AOL", "preferences", "www", "Security" tab, click "Enable Java Programs.
• MS IE - from the menu, choose "View", "Internet Options". (Or from Start button, choose "Settings", "Control Panel", "Internet") Click "Security" tab. Click "Enable Java Programs". If you have a "security level" setting, choose "Medium", or go to "Custom" and enable jva applets from there.
