As the snow falls outside Mr Bean’s flat becomes so cold that there are ice cubes in his bath water. Mr Bean has the idea to build a huge wind turbine in the back garden providing his own power. All is going very well until an unexpected storm sends Bean’s wind turbine into overdrive creating a huge surge of electricity and a huge shock for everyone
