When an elite assassin carries out his latest kill, it catches the attention of an intelligence officer, who starts to hunt him down.
With his previous client backing out of payment, the Jackal's reputation is on the line and he starts to plot his revenge.
Armed with the knowledge of his wayward client's identity, the Jackal tracks him down in Munich, determined to settle the score.
His vengeance fulfilled, the Jackal flees Munich and tries to quell Nuria's suspicions. Bianca follows a new lead in her hunt.
The Jackal visits Norman with a special commission... but with Bianca also tracking Norman down, she is starting to close in on him.

What is The Day of the Jackal about?
Based on the 1971 book by Frederick Forsyth, the Day of the Jackal is a brand-new series coming to NOW and Sky. It’s a tense thriller about an unrivalled, lone assassin and the target on his back.
The Jackal is a top-class assassin. But when a determined British intelligence officer starts to track him down in a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase, chaos unfolds and lines are blurred.
The series will run for 10 episodes.
